No. they are not. The skin may deform and flatten out in shape once removed. However, they can be easily fixed at the time of application. We assure the durability up to 1 year if you’re not planning to remove it. Try it by yourself! *Wink Wink*

Follow the instructions carefully as shown on the manual or simply watch our tutorial. But, if you see a bubble again, gently push it away with your thumb to its nearest opening.

Yes, of course! Our skins do not affect the wireless charging of your mobile phone at any cost. It will function normally even while using a wireless charger or NFC.
10Q. Will my touch sensors work even after application?
Yes. Our skins are designed with touch-sensitivity and are fully compatible with any electronic device, especially air buds where tapping changes songs or pauses the song.

Yes. Just peel gently and re-apply it gently. It must do the job.
14Q. How do I place an order?
Now that you’re already at our website, go and select your device for which you’re looking for a Planet Skins’ skin. Go to our collection and choose a skin that you like. Then, add your product (s) into your shopping cart. Once you’re done selecting, head onto the payment options. Enter your payment and shipping details (Don’t worry, we won’t disclose it to anyone). If you want to place your order through Cash on Delivery, feel free to click on the option. Complete the transaction. If you’re an international customer, you can pay through PayPal. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation receipt to your mobile number and your email. There you go! Your order is placed.
15Q. Do you accept COD orders?
unfortunately no, as you are aware from current situation most of the transactions are digital and to maintain customer satisfaction we prefer online payment methods. Moreover, most customers are unavailable at the time of delivery or fail to readily make a payment which is inconvenient for both customer and the courier person since he has to take the order back.

Once you place your order, we review your order within 12 hours and process it within 24 hours from the date of order. You will receive your tracking details as well as other updates on the registered mobile number which you entered while placing order.

If you have an account, please login in and go to ‘My Orders’. Select the order you want to cancel. If you don’t have an account, drop us an email via ‘Contact us’ page to get your order cancelled.
27Q. I ordered the wrong device. What do I do?
Kindly go to our website and cancel your order and re-order your desired device. If your order is delivered already, you will need to pay the shipping charges. But, you will be given a 40% discount on your next order.
28Q. I want to change my order. What should I do?
1. If your order is not shipped, please cancel and re-order.
2. If your order is shipped: cancel and re-order with 40% discount on second shipping and full payment of shipping for the first one.
3. You received it, Not happy with it, the late realization you ordered the wrong one, no problem. Return request, order new one, avail 40% discount on second shipping charges.
